The end of a year often invites neat summaries.

But meaningful progress, like well-designed systems, rarely evolves in straight lines.

2025 wasn’t only about visible wins.

It was about trade-offs, constraints, and decisions made with incomplete information.

Some choices paid off immediately. Others quietly reduced future risk.

As we step into 2026, my wish is simple:

May we preserve the principles that held when conditions were unclear, not just celebrate the outcomes that happened to succeed.

In careers, teams, and the systems we build, sustainability doesn’t come from intensity alone.

It comes from sound fundamentals: clear boundaries, stable assumptions, and values that don’t change under load.

Thank you for reading, thinking, and questioning alongside me this past year.
